They did it from the 2, not a kick and then penalty IIRC. Also, I understood why Baltimore went for it and honestly it was the right call for them at that time. We just stopped it the same way KC did to us.

Playing to tie? What? If we get it, yes we are down three but it is better than being down four. If you put yourself into a situation where a FG can tie it and send it to OT late in the game, you take it. Nothing about that call was "playing to tie"

It was an acceptably aggressive play call. It’s the opposite of “playing not to lose” or “not taking points while you can.”

You can disagree with the call, that’s totally fine. But you’re using the wrong phrase my friend!

KC getting too much chunk yardage. Bills D needs to tighten up.
Bills pass rush just 1-2 steps too late too often.
Bills offense needs to hold onto the ball. Too many dropped passes or butterfinger fumbles (recovered, but not good regardless).
Refs not helping.
