In every group of friends, there is always one dummy who can eat food that is beyond SPICY. In my group of friends, I am that dummy. :)

Sadly, as a lover of spicy food, I have been looking for a Hot Sauce to replace a favourite that went out of business years ago. It had a wonderful taste, a nice kick, and went with almost any food. A rare find, indeed, and my attempts to find a replacement have been unsuccessful.

The problem :

There are Hot Sauces than will melt your lungs, but they often are tasteless - like adding battery acid.

Others have a wonderful taste but no real heat.

Any recommendation from posters?

Any Hot Sauces that need to be tried?

Somewhere around the world
I thought this thread was going to be about Spice Girls when I read the title.......:(

I love hot peppers and hot sauces. The spicier the better! I am now immune to most host peppers that some of them don't even tickle my tongue.

Check out the PepperMaster. He's from outside of Montreal. I recommend his Carolina reaper mash and his Liquid Fire sauce. Those two are my favourite. He's other great stuff too.
The Peppermaster's Hot Sauce Shop

I also recommend
The death sauce
The mega death sauce
Chuck Huges hot pepper spread
Livia Hot sliced peppers in oil
Viagra del calabrese. This is a spread
Olive oil with hot peppers

That happened to me, too. What took my breath away when I was young, has NO effect today.

Thanks for the link! Looks amazing.

LOL. I spent a summer in Rigaud once.

Is Franks Red Hot to generic? Honestly though it’s my fave. Love the taste. Just the right bit of heat. It’s a great hot sauce. I really do put that shit on everything.

Too generic for me. Good but I don't find it's hot enough, nor do I find it is good on pasta.

Thanks, anyway.

I really like stuff from hellfire: The Best HellFire Artisan Hot Sauces Around | HellFire Detroit

But my every day is still just aardvark habanero. It has all the flavor i like, and is good on most everything; though i've never tried it on italian. that may be weird. https://www.amazon.com/Secret-Aardvark-Habanero-Sauce-Net/dp/B00AIR3Q38

Other than that, I don't have a lot for you.

My wife was asking me what I wanted for Christmas.

Thank you for solving that problem for me.

Torchbearer Son of Zombie, Secret Aardvark Habanero or Serrabanero, Cutinos Chipotle or Serrano, Yellowbird Serrano or Blue Agave Sriracha, ANYTHING from El Yucateco (but not a fan of Caribbean), ANYTHING from Formosa, ANYTHING from Dirty Dick's, Big Fat 708.
Could list dozens more, but these are some of my favorite flavors.

I've enjoyed the Yellowbird pepper sauces.

I also have some Melinda's habanero and ghost pepper sauces. They have good flavor, and the ghost pepper sauce is plenty hot.

Sriracha is not that spicy, but the same company makes a chili paste that I think is a lot better.

You could also try making your own sauce, the ingredient lists tend to be simple, you just need a decent blender to make sure it all gets liquified.
