I am so not a fan of "resting" all your players for weeks. Who do the Panthers think they are that they can all come back and just switch it on? It doesn't work that way. Tampa has been playing their game until the end chasing the division. They are going to run the Panthers over in game 1.

Ekblad being out and Tkachuk at 50%. This is not going to be a close series folks.
As a Lightning fan, I would love to feel what you're feeling, but the Panthers are a great team top to bottom and battle tested. The series should be amazing.

Another close series. I think it goes seven games for sure, but I wasn't certain what side to land on. I decided to go with the team I would want to see win.

Tampa Bay in 7.

Probably the hardest matchup for me to pick in the East. Both teams are great and can take this series. I went Cats in 6, but I won't be surprised if this goes 7 or the Bolts win it in 6 or 7

Scumbag Panthers stand no chance.

Point > Barkov
Kuch > Kachuk
Hedman > Forsling
Guentzel > Reinhart
Cirelli > Bennett

Bolts in 5.
Agreed.

But the main thing Florida has over Tampa is the refs in their pockets and just being so dirty that the zebras can't keep up with all the shit they pull even if they wanted to.. That's what got them 2 Stanley Cup final appearances and a cup after all.

so in the end it may not matter if Tampa is better. Just look what happened to the Oilers last year and Leafs in 2022..

You want more juice in this thread, don't you :naughty:!!

But what about taxes and palm trees??!! OK, this may be tricky... Does anyone know about property taxes between Tampa and Sunrise? Or which place has more palm trees? That's the REAL difference right there...

Edit: according to AI, Tampa has more palm trees BUT also a higher effective property tax rate and median annual tax bill. It's a wash. folks...

This just in. The NHL has scheduled Florida to play exhibition games the night before every playoff game so that Tampa can continue to play teams on the second half of a back to back.

My hard hitting analysis is that a team from Florida may very well win this series.

Things may be looking up for the Sunbelt teams. I'm sure everyone would love to see a team with Palm Trees make the Stanley Cup Finals.

Tell me about it. Panther scum just keeps headhunting other teams best players and the refs turn blind eye to it. imo the Lightning mgmt should file papers for a forfeiture process to overturn the possible series win by the scumbags due to cheating.

Time to put little brother in their place and not let them get any more cups. 3 big brother 1 little brother!

Username checks out. Leafs literally beat Tampa in Tampa's second game of a back to back this year. Doubt you were complaining then.
