The more I think about it, there's no way Toronto comes out on top in this series. All those years of playoff experience just taught them is that they are losers. They know they can't win; like they're in the mix of all time greatest chokers at this point. And they think they've solved this by adding 30 minutes of playoff experience in net.

It's crazy how all the pundits are picking them, are they blind?
Just quoting so we have a record of this

Sunday cannot come soon enough. It’s going to be a rough series

and then, look at Stolarz’s career playoff stats.

every goalie having somethimg to prove

If we watch regular season in general: Ulmark having the edge because bruins historical season where he won the Vezina... but struggling in playoff

if we watch only this season : Stolarz have the edge but no playoff experience

if we watch past playoff succes : Woll having the edge but had been pretty inconsistant all season long

What l don't get is the Sens having no playoff experience is a good thing, but the reverse applies to Stolarz.

They lost close series to teams with a history of winning/going far in the playoffs in many of those years. Losing to BOS/TB/FLA isn't akin to losing to the WC1 team after finishing first in the Atlantic.

They did choke in 2021 against MTL. I guess we'll find out if they're really chokers or if that was a one-off.

If they're chokers, they're not on the level of the '99 to '07 Sens in that regard. How many times was OTT the best or second-best team in the East during that span?

07 Sens played more playoff rounds of hockey in a single season then Toronto ever has. Or ever will

I don't expect other fans to have watched us. They think we are the same. It will be clear soon this team is serious

This serious team is seriously behind a half dozen other teams in the playoffs this year. They're going to fail just like always, on cue, on schedule, and will still sign Marner to a ridiculous contract after. They're not that good, I've seen them lots.

l've also seen your team lots, and they're nothing special either.

Won the Atlantic but not that good?
