I dunno, man. "Dapper" used to describe a hockey player?
Well, me and my fourth-form chums think it would be quite corking if you'd sign over your oil well to the local energy concern.

This thread is already unreadable. What until the first penalty Stutzle draws.
I agree with this but I believe the fact remains that the Leafs have more of the pressure. Of course there's pressure on the Sens too as this is the playoffs but for the Leafs .. it's been building over and over.
They were out there in games 80 81 and 82 running themselves ragged trying to get to 70 goals and 100 points respectively.they were not the only issue....idk what you were expecting Matthews and Nylander to do in the press box
Of course they deserve some blame I'm just saying that team had other issues tooThey were out there in games 80 81 and 82 running themselves ragged trying to get to 70 goals and 100 points respectively.
Had nothing left in the tank for the first round so yeah I do think they deserve some blame.
You mean his first dive?
Gotta hope money motivates mitch enough to make me and several others eat crow![]()
Subtlety matters in life. Neither a comedian or a troll should ever explain their content.
Market would have imploded if they choked the division. Instead they went almost undefeated to end the season
So if they lose it's gonna be the biggest choke in NHL history?9-1-1 in their last 10 games of the season. Stolarz on an 8 game winning streak with two shutouts
Leafs peaking at the right time for the first time I can remember.
Matthews top 3 in the NHL in scoring since he came back from injury early February
Defense is the best it’s been in 20 years
Depth scoring is best it’s been in 20 years
Goaltending best it’s been in 20 years
Powerplay became a top PP in the league after a disaster first couple months of the season
Team toughness best it’s been in 20 years, a dozen different players with fighting majors this year
Won the Atlantic division, which has been the east’s representative in the Stanley cup finals something like 7 out of the last 8 years
The Leafs are an absolute juggernaut
So if they lose it's gonna be the biggest choke in NHL history?
If your only hope to win is the hope that your opponent will choke …. Do you really have any hope at all?
Would Edmonton winning game 7 last year tarnish the cup win if all Florida did was choke? If your only hope to win is the hope that your opponent will choke …. Do you really have any hope at all?
I don't think that. I'm really excited, Sens match up well against the Leafs and already seem to be in their heads.
The way some of y’all have been hyping the Leafs up it seems like anything short of a Stanley Cup would be a choke so imagine losing in the first roundIf your only hope to win is the hope that your opponent will choke …. Do you really have any hope at all?

Its actually 7 of the last 6 yearsWon the Atlantic division, which has been the east’s representative in the Stanley cup finals something like 7 out of the last 8 years

Ugh. This is the kind of thing that keeps so many off this board. If winning the division is so easy, why didn't the Sens do it?
