It's no Minnesota GDT, that's for sure
Yeah he would scare me a bit. The kinda guy who comes out of almost nowhere. For backup hard to say, maybe they go with Leevi
8-3-1 this year in Ottawa
1.99 GA and a .925
Guess fans and tv channels get some refunds... maybe? Tkachuk is playing tonight for us, first game back, so at least it helps with his rust? What happens if the teams just …. Don’t show up? Is that in the CBA?
How much cheaper are we talking here... Like, first class round trip VIA rail kinda price?Hmm looks like it'll be cheaper just drive down to Toronto for a game.
No, driving down with 3-4 buddies and splitting gas, and having a friend in TO to crash at.How much cheaper are we talking here... Like, first class round trip VIA rail kinda price?
I hope the players have as much passion for the battle of Ontario as you guys , for some reason I feel like the history doesn't resonate with either team really that much. It's been a while. Outside of Domi and Tkachuk I doubt either side starts acting a fool out there
IMO, the Greig slapper kickstarted the Battle of Ontario 2.0IDK, Greig firing a slapshot into an empty net last season certainly helped ramp things up. But of course, you need playoff series to really get the bad blood flowing like Toronto and Boston, and this is the first meeting in a long time for Toronto and Ottawa. The media attention will help escalate things for sure.

To be fair, 55 of those pages are just @HockeyVirus, @Strangle & @MCR74...56 pages before the season is even over lol
This group has only won 2 game 1's in 9 series.Didn’t they do it against Tampa a few years back?
Mine was the 4 playoff series victories. My fave battle of Ontario moment was when Sundin threw his shattered splintered stick into his own fans
Who is better looking - Shane Pinto or Matthew Knies???
Knies is playing wing with with Matthews and Knies and doing a great job (will be hard to contain in the playoffs). Pinto is currently playing centre on one of the best shutdown lines in the league and does a great job against top lines while scoring 20 goals playing with Greig and Amadio.in term of type of player, Knies is closer of Tkachuk than Pinto, no doubt about it.
a post i saw like 3 game ago, i'm not saying Knies =is as good than Tkachuk but It still makes you think

Would I trade Pinto for Knies? I can’t 100% say I would. There’s more to this than hockeydb.
Brady’s production has taken a dip but he’s playing the best defensive hockey of his career. Never did I think he would be doing the things he’s doing in his own zone this year. He was absolutely clueless away from the puck sometimes under DJ Smith.
Mine was Joe Nieuwendyk embarrassing Patrick Lalime in game 7.
