Let me see if I can parse this out.

1. It’s copium if we say the Leafs are better.

2. We are out of touch with reality if we say the Sens are better.

You guys spend wayyyyy too much time worrying about what we think.

It’s flattering I guess.
I dunno man, you are in every single main board Leafs thread I can recall. I get it, they are the biggest, most important team. But some self awareness goes a long way.

I come to visit this thread every 4 hours or so and it's always 5 additional pages and the same 3-5 avatars.

Year after year, it's the same outcome for the Leafs but for some reason their fans get back up like nobody else saw them fall. Sens in 5

Wow that one poster is struggling, brings nothing to the thread, but creepy sexist male gifs,

I might have to hit the ignore button for the first time in 20 years, if that keeps up.

Edit: lol, looks like mods stepped in before I posted this, only one left now.

On goaltending, I guess the question is what matters more. One goalie has zero playoff experience but has been a top three goaltender statistically all season. Another goalie has playoff experience but it's all bad, including a loss to the team he's about to face off against.

There's more evidence that Ullmark will be bad in the postseason than Stolarz will be. Conversely, we've no idea how Stolarz will look as the starter in the playoffs but I'd say no evidence either way is better than evidence that shows a historically poor performance.

This is the exact same argument that has been going on with Tkachuk and Marner.

One has zero playoff experience and the other has poor playoff experience.

I picked Ottawa in 6 cuz I was feelin froggy

Realistically the Leafs should put a bow on this in 5 though

Damn, I'm seeing a lot of nervous scared Leaf fans in this thread. Never thought I'd see the day where they're sweating over playing the Sens. I can't imagine the players are feeling great about playing Ottawa either.

This core cannot survive an embarrassment like losing to the Ottawa senators

Win-win for leaf fans
