He seems to be staying and I'd bet a good chunk of change that they extend him even if not by the deadline.

Columbus is still holding down a playoff spot, in a year when everyone said they would be awful because their best player tragically died. Even if they don't plan to extend Provorov, I would keep him if I were them, and hope to get something done in the summer before he hits UFA.
