I was once honked at by a cop behind me because I slowed down while approaching a yellow light. He crossed over the yellow line to pass me and went through the intersection (by that time the light was red). He didn't have his police lights on.

I wish I could have given him a ticket.

****UPDATE**** sturgeon county has rescinded the ticket and my bf will not have to appear in court to fight this or pay the fine. Thank you to everyone who has supported him with this. And I appreciate everyone's opinions on this matter.
