Yeah, clearly.

Yeah. Clearly, Canada never wins unless they cheat. Known fact. Goes back to the early 1900's. Everybody is afraid of big bad Canada so have to give them an advantage. Heck even in Sochi and the last two world championships in Europe we cheated. I'm so embarrassed that our country cheats so much.....

Sure but it's a Canadian icon, in a forum for a sport with a strong Canadian presence/dominance.

Kind of funny, thinking about it, I associate beavers with Canada. Where does that come from? But it's more about beavers and wildlife than Canada, primarily. If you needed a national animal it should be something like an elk or a mounty.
