It always feels good to score, mainly it was the win that felt the best. We needed this win.

We hit, we were physical and I think that was the key. I saw that from the net.
As soon as the puck was out of the zone, you could see the forecheck we had, the attention to detail was there.
Down below the hashmarks, we were cycling the puck, we were strong on the puck. We didn’t lose many battles down there.
- Martin Biron
We were more disciplined. I thought our changes were better. We talked about it. Those little things add up to give you a fair shake to win.
And Marty played well. Marty made some big saves. He settles the team down because there’s not a lot of wasted motion. He’s calm in the net.
