Didn’t take long at all for Brad Shaw to revert/demonstrate to us that he’s a bum. I guess anyone that is linked to Torts for so many years isn’t going to give you much.

Hope he gets fired into the sun at the end of the season as well.

It's the same old tired "The veterans earned it" mantra at this time of the season. I guess they want to evaluate how good Dorwart is at being penned in the DZ for 6 of his 7 minutes of ice time.

It's hard to know whether some of the defensemen have improved due to Shaw or to gaining more experience in the League. Sanheim has become a much better player over the last three seasons. Is that Shaw? York, who I believe has been working through an injury all season, did well last year and was on a positive trajectory until he was ragged on by the dip shit coach. It looks like Drysdale might have a future in the show but again is that Shaw for experience and proper usage. There is a whole bunch of inconsistency still shown too frequently on the back end. I don't see Shaw as a defensive whisperer.

i simply dont want anyone who is willing to work with torts. Everyone on this staff has to go. We need fresh blood, fresh thinkers or we are cooked. But they will never do this because the higher ups dont see it that way. They havent seen it that way after every failed hiring and firing. It was always the same old shit and it will be in the future.

This team is bottom of the NHL for years. In my eyes its a very low bar to play solid for THIS team. I dont believe this players would play top 4 minutes on any other nhl team. York could be if he would have been trained like a nhl player. But he got bullied since he was with the flyers!
