It will be interesting to see if Lowry gets a contract. He is a 2011 Kings 5th round pick who has been playing in college. He hurt his back last season. If the Kings wish to retain him, he will need to be signed by August 15th or he will be a free agent. Development camp for him will be important to prove his health. There are spots available in Ontario. His brother plays for the Jets. He dad is long-time NHLer Dave Lowry.
