As already stated, this is way hyperbolic. This will not be Hank's last game at MSG, and has no bearing on his legacy. Did people already forget the past 14 years?

As stated above, I agree, my post was hyperbole. I just want the team to win today, thats all. I know I would not be able to contain myself if we lose and the poor guy gets taken out to the shed and put down. Things can get very ugly in here if we lose.

I understand why Hank is playing but this is not a recipe for anything but a disaster. Past his prime goalie playing for the first time in forever.

Yes. He is finished. He is a .907 playing in front of what was a bad team the first three months. Carter Hart is a .910 playing on a playoff team. Should Hart consider retirement too?

How bad Lundqvist is has become out of control. If Henrik is ready for retirement and cant play at this level anymore, Holtby, Bobrovsky, Fleury, and Price should retire.

He is past his prime. He is still clearly an NHL caliber goalie.

If he does poorly today, I'd blame Quinn for giving him... what 2 starts in the last 2 months? I'd be pleasantly surprised if he comes out on.

Holtby has an .897 on one of the best teams in the league.

Fleury is .908 behind one of the top defensive teams in the league. That’s with 5 shutouts too, how bad is he the rest of the time?

Bobrovsky, F. Andersen, Mrazek, Gibson, Rinne all starters with worse numbers.

League average is .908 this season I believe. It was .915 a few years ago. The game has changed a bit in the past few years and that includes goaltending.

Hate these lines. The stats show how much of a detriment Howden is. They show how much DiGuiseppe has helped that line. Why do this DQ? Bump Gauthier to the 1st line and keep hopeless Howden on the 4th line.

As a lifelong Hank hater, don't you get sick of the taste of crow by now?

Aren't you tired of being a grown man who treats a hockey player like you're a 6 year old with his picture on your wall? The most pathetic thing on this site. Will you ever grow up?

Blame Quinn for not playing his 3rd best goaltender in the middle of a playoff race?

He's lucky that Igor got hurt because otherwise he wouldn't have sniffed a game.
