Canada is expected to release their roster today. Gretzky will list 76 players, and there are not going to be any surprises apparently. All 37 players invited to the camp are on the list, as well as many of the young stars who have had excellent starts to their seasons.

If you have a subscription, the article is in the Edmonton Journal this morning: http://www.canada.com/edmonton/edmo....html?id=5c51ba0d-a99c-4b39-aa96-f9866f9235e2

Riesen and Von Arx have long since been put out to pasture. Hiller could be the surprise in goal i suppose but then again I have no idea how his form will be in the lead up to the games. Never heard of Felecien Dubois. Did Christian Dube not get international clearance ?

What about Martin Pluss. in 2002 he was supposedly the best Swiss player in the world

He's a PPG player in the SEL, i dont know much about other swiss players but i think that would be good enough to take a spot on team Switzerland.
Im not saying he's bad but I always heard like he is SWI's best offensive player but I never found him that special in WC play.
