For those who still think it's too early to think about David Quinn being fired, how much longer before it's a legit conversation? This team is failing at all facets of the game and there is no improvement to regression game to game. I'm about to fully hop on board the Fire DQ train.

Their investment in Quinn is basically nothing compared to the 1OA this year and the 2OA last year, so yeah, the talk about how Quinn "can't be fired" has always seemed pretty far out.

Won the lottery in back to back years. Drafted 1st and 2nd overall. Kakko looks better this season, still doesn't look like a 2nd overall. Lafreniere isn't there yet. I know we need to give them time, but I was hoping one of our lottery picks would have made an immediate impact. When you draft 1st or 2nd overall, you expect that. And I know it doesn't happen with every high end pick, but it does happen with plenty of them. Im wondering if Quinn is what is holding back these kids potentials.

I'm concerned about Alexis. He is not even a shadow of the player that I have seen him be. It has nothing to do with playing against men. His confidence is gone.

Quinn's idea of hockey is light years BEHIND the young, up and coming players. I thought Quinn was kryptonite for Kakko (and others) last season, not surprised to see Alexis in the same bind. Panarin and a few other players get by on their talent, but coaching, team play, tactics and organization etc are just... absurd in this day and age.
