Here are five stats worth following over the final week of Boston’s season.

79.2 percent: Boston’s current odds of landing a top-five pick in 2025 NHL Draft
11: Consecutive Bruins goals that David Pastrnak has factored in
9: The number of 5-on-5 goals Boston has scored during their new top line’s ice time
0: The number of points Fabian Lysell has scored across eight NHL games
.920: Jeremy Swayman’s save percentage the last four games

Other than the obvious Lysell stat, all of the others would be a big positive going in to next year.

Does it matter how many other players have zero points not really. What matters in this case is that it sure doesn't look like Lysell is doing enough to say he is ready for the NHL
Of course it does. Context matters

How many other players also have zero points over the last 8 games?
Johnny Beecher has ZERO points in last 11 games.

Since his last goal on January 18th, he has TWO assists over a span of 31 games.

Here's another noteworthy Beecher stat: during the entire month of March (14 games), he had a total of 4 shots on goal. FOUR.

Apparently he is only good at face offs and Keopke is only good at PK so, not enough to keep either one! I would let both go because you could replace more than what they bring promoting a player from the A. Hell Brown and Latierri bring more to the table.

For context, over the Bruins last 8 games, only 5 players have more than one (1) point: Pasta, Zacha, Geekie, Lindholm, and Koepke (who has 2). Khusnutdinov, Mittlestadt, Lettieri have one (1) point. Three of the D have one (1) point, the others none. Lauko, Beecher, Brown also zero points.

One line has been doing literally anything for a good while now.

62: Number of points behind 22-23 Bruins team.
Just a statistical curiosity—not a jab. History shows this organization always bounces back strong.
