They probably want to test new players as Mastrosimone has already played for the NTDP and may again in April. Still though, Groll seems like a weird choice, an undersized forward who doesn't appear to be lighting the USHL on fire by any means..

What's the deal with Söderström? He's missed 3 straight tournaments now. Will be practicing with Brynäs during the break.

Edit: Foot problem apparently, will see a specialist during the break.
