With Quinn, if doesn’t make a difference. he’ll change it up by 15:00 of the first, but don’t worry! JJ will still get plenty of playing time. I for one am excited to see him on PP1; just give it time.

I’m not saying that second line wouldn’t be a sight to see in the future but I would say with the Chytil line the way it was Friday eve. With the hope PDG can do some puck retrieval or get to the Pens d and then let Chytil and Kakko do some work

Quinn’s not gonna seperate Strome from Panarin until Strome is gone so I’m not terribly hopeful he does it tonight

Just what Kov wants to see. I don't think there was a morning skate today, and the only update I've seen is that Blackwell is in for Lemieux, Smith is in for Johnson, and Shesty is in net. I'd imagine we're rolling the same lines for now with this change:

Lafreniere-Zib-Kreider
Panarin-Strome-Buch
PDG-Chytil-Kakko
Howden-Rooney-Blackwell

Lindgren-Fox
Miller-Trouba
Smith-ADA

Shesty
Geo
 
When they had Laf with Panarin it was Panarin-Strome-Laf, right, not Laf-Strome-Panarin? I didn't like the line with him, Zib and Kreider but I guess it was just one game.

I also wouldn't be against trying PDG there.

He gets after it and he has better than 4th line skill. He's a bit like a lite Fast.

I'm ok with him being benched for his overall play. I'm not ok with him getting a seat for taking a tripping penalty last game. This is Quinn's basis. Perhaps Lemieux's ineffective play is a result of mixed messages, punishment for mistakes, and an impossibly narrow needle to thread by being aggressive but not taking penalties.
 
Man i gotta go up in 6 hours, get kids to school and head to Work... however... its hockey in 1 hour...

i dont know..i feel like chytil kakko could be at 1st line here these days. i have very limited in minites watching their game..very very limited...but i feel and see fast and know things. i like see players body and face and sometimes or often can see if there a player in there and what he capable of
