He’s an excellent skater. Just not his calling card like guys like Hughes/McDavid so it tends to get overlooked.

People have called it a weakness, but half the games so far I’ve had to watch opposing teams streams and every announcer has been talking about how fast he is lol

Yeah he need to step up quick otherwise Chytil should be on that line.

It's a bad PP setup IMO. Having Zibs as a slam dunk option as plan 1, 2 and 3 is bad

It’s like an overload that shifts to an umbrella and rotates back to an overload. I don’t know if they’re trying to confuse the defense with the rotation, but they’re confusing me.

His role is ambiguous. Is he the QB or the shooter? It seems like 23 and 10 serve both roles but confuses teammates more than the defense.

The catalyst for their change last year was Mika and Kreider actually throwing the body from the top of the circles down regularly. Sitting on the outside like that is doing half the D work for them.
