Why with the dumb stretch passes on a power play? I feel like some players on the second power play just force garbage shots and passes (Tony d, Trouba) because they want want their cookie instead of trying to maintain some time. I can’t fathom how dumb Jacob Trouba actually is

It’s like an overload that shifts to an umbrella and rotates back to an overload. I don’t know if they’re trying to confuse the defense with the rotation, but they’re confusing me.

He’s an excellent skater. Just not his calling card like guys like Hughes/McDavid so it tends to get overlooked.
