QUOTES TO NOTE:

There are a lot of games in the year, and sometimes, unfortunately, you don’t have it.
We weren’t ready to play in the first period. We got outworked.
We really answered in the second, and found a way to get two points and win the game.
- J.T. Miller

I felt really good. With the way the first period went, I was warm. There was a lot of chances.
They’re a quick team. I think they have a lot of young guys that are still learning, when to go and when to be smart.
But you can see the skill and speed. And they work hard, they work really hard. And we got outworked in the first.
- Henrik Lundqvist

Hank was the best player on the ice and we managed to get two points.
- Alain Vigneault

We should come back from this road trip with Duke and Colin Miller being Rangers property.

Duke and Step tried to get on the bus last night after the game. So I heard.

Any word on what's up with Zuccarello?

And let's hope the boys are awake at puck drop in the FIRST period today, no Hank to bail them out today..

NVM on Zuke just saw he has the flu

For a second when I saw the start time I was bummed I would have to miss this one, but then I remembered last night and sighed in relief instead.
I suspect we'll see a different Rangers team tonight than we saw last night. At least I hope....

Reilly-Karlsson-Marchessault will probably kill us. Also, leave J.T. Miller in Vegas and bring Tuch and Colin Miller on the plane home please.

You do realize that's a bunch of guys fresh off a win last night against former teammates had the night to partying Vegas right? Good luck winning tonight. Check out Vegas home record. It's not because they are some juggernaut, it's because when a bunch of 20 something year old hockey players get the night out in vegas before a game their head is not into it come game time. Just watch The hangover and you'll see what I'm talking about

Normally I'd agree but who knows how much time they had to party considering they had to play last night and fly out after the game. I'd be more concerned if they had an off day about that. And even if they did party or do whatever, they can't possibly look worse than they have the past month.

I would imagine the VGK front office imposed some intra team rules just because of the nature of their location. I'm sure VGK are not a bunch of homebodies.
