Kinda crazy just how much higher goal scoring has gotten. You have some dude like Pastrnak who pots 60 this year.

What I like is that it was only his second hat-trick of the season. Show’s consistency which is better than big bunches of goals. Obviously there is a degree of ‘streakiness’ but he has definitely become a player where you know what to expect each game.

The rules have never been so tilted in favour of scoring, which isn’t a bad thing at all.

Great personal accomplishment and cool to see. Would have been nice though if he had buried some of the breakaways he had against Vegas and Edmonton when we still had a chance at the division instead of deep dicking teams like the Ducks, Blues and Flames.
