[FIELDSET="QUOTES TO NOTE"]

The first night the eye looked good, I didn't need surgery, so that was good.
Every week or so from there the vision would clear up and get better, so that was encouraging. It's been tough, though.
That first week was scary, I don't think my wife slept the first 4 nights wiping blood off my eye and off my face.
- Marc Staal

We had a D-zone breakdown after a huge goal by Stepan.
That next shift is just so important after scoring a big goal. We didn't get the job done.
- Rick Nash

We had some breakdowns but I didn’t think we were that bad.
- John Tortorella

Heads Up: The GDT is work in progress.

I still don't understand why Pyatt is in... he's useless. I'd rather have Newbury back up, at least he plays with some JAM!

Anyway, we need a big win here! Zucc finally gets on the board tonight!

Jesus christ, put Mac and Danny G back together please, unless MDZ decides to score a hatty tonight. Too bad the goal isn't 10 feet wide.

Win.

Please and thank you.

Would not be opposed to swapping Zucc's and Callahan in the top-6.

Yeah tonight we need a 110% line. The Leafs Kessel line was very effective, and we can't return artillery fire with air guns.

And if our D can find their game including Del Zotto, and Hank stays sharp (no Biron tonight), then we look good for a win :)

I want to see Brassard have a good game. With Gabby doing his thing in Columbus i'm unhappy with the trade right now- Brass has been a non-factor since the 1st Pens game.

Must win.

that is sad.... i dont like Newbury but id take him over Pyatt.. id rather have Haley up than giant Marshmellow man..

Not sure I agree with that. Brassard has been creating a lot of chances. He is playing with a slumping Hagelin and Brian Boyle. Plus he wins a lot of his faceoffs.

Need to stay afloat until next Tuesday. After that we have Philadelphia, Florida, Buffalo, NJ, Florida, Carolina and NJ. Realistically, that should be 5-1-1. A win in the next 2, plus 11 points from that stretch, puts us at 55, probably good for 6th. However, make it easy on yourselves Rangers, and get it done tonight.

It's obvious the only reason Brassard does not have a billion points is the existence of Brian Boyle.

Didn't take Torts long to bring him down to the level of the rest of the team.

DZ and Girardi staying together? Fml. Debating on whether ill watch. Those two are horrible together.

Zucc has leads points than Brass this year as a Ranger, does that make him laundry too?

There's something called humor, maybe a little on the edge though ;)

Brassard will be fine, it's way too early to judge him anyway.
