I like that KK did not try a lateral pass at the offensive blue line and insteaad chipped and chased, which led to good zone time for his line. Puck management has been good.

Holy moly, Johnson looked like that was the first time he ever saw a hockey puck when he was wide open in the high slot. 4 full seconds later it’s 4 full feet wide.

I love Howden’s effort this year, looks quicker and reacting faster, but man he has hands of stone. That whole 4th line does. Rooney couldnt make a 2 foot pass to Howden during that last 3-on-2 (really a 4-on-2)
