[FIELDSET="QUOTES TO NOTE"]

We took care of business, and that always brings confidence to the group, because we talked about it being a big game.
- Henrik Lundqvist

It was a big goal to tie the game, but for me personally I have been struggling to put the puck in the net.
And obviously I want to contribute and put points up to help the team win. It was a relief to get that one.
- Ryan Callahan

I’m worried about Millsy, we play so many close games, it’s too many mistakes.
Quite honestly, I’m worried about the two kids. Not that I’m upset with them, I just think the stakes are high.
- John Tortorella

Let's go Rangers baby! The streak is over, now we can focus on playing our game! So excited to see Clowe! This guy is gonna be great!

Big game againste an arche rivale. Hopefully ye olde Ryane Clowe can helpe us gete some pointes up on the boarde. Really coulde use a goale oute of Gaborike too. And Hanke's firste shutoute woulde be a reale confidence booste.

Haha, moar E's!

Need a W in one of those 2 games. When was the last time we won against PIT? November or December 2011? Time to snap that streak.

LGR!!!

Would like to see (after this game):
Ryan Clowe - Derek Stepan - Rick Nash (C)
Marian Gaborik - Brad Richards (A) - Mats Zuccarello
Carl Hagelin - Brian Boyle - Ryan Callahan
Arron Asham/Chris Kreider - Darroll Powe - Rafi Torres

Michael Del Zotto - Dan Girardi (A)
Ryan McDonagh - Anton Stralman
Roman Hamrlik - Steve Emingers replacement

Send Miller down but keep Kreider around. Maybe callup Fast for a couple games to if the offense still needs a boost. Find a replacement to Eminger if viable capwise
Try to deal him and/or Gilroy for 7th round picks.
Unless a very good center deal comes up, I would keep Boyle around.
His contract, with asham/Powe and eventually Gaboriks can be dealt with at the draft/offseason.
Imagine the above team with both Staal and Sauer healthy. Now that would be extremely nice.
It is still a nice combination of size, speed, skill, grit and JAM. If they still cannot score goals or go to the playoffs this year (embaressment) - well then most of you know what I think then has to happen behind the bench. 14 games to prove otherwise

Nasher with the C? lol

I hope Clowe is in the lineup and he looks good. I also hope Gaborik and Boyle are still on the team and Pyatt is on a plane going anywhere but MSG.

Let's Go Rangers, start a streak here!

Why is Gaborik on the left wing again? Jesus, if he's not gonna play RW then got rid of him if you don't know how to use him. Damn shame.

******* but th Pens top line has some amazing skill.

This is one of those games were we really need to come out hungry and out work them. Is Clowe expected to play?

At first though I was thinking WTF am I doing?
Now, lol, naw not going to say it
Misprint

To be honest. The only line i'm scared of is the Iginla-Malkin-Neal line. Everything else without crosby seems very defendable. We win this and we get a **** ton of confidence.

We'll see if Clowe plays tonight. He needs to bring it

Feeling the typical loss to the Pens coming up. Man, I hate that team.

Clowe beheads Cooke and his numbers are retired even if he never scores a goal for them.

Lgr.
