Not that it matters much in terms of the current, but historically the Flyers are +21 at Vancouver. Almost always been a hospitable destination.Well I was impressed, traveling about as far as possible and handing a very good team the L.
Did they forget to pick you up after winning the tv show alone?Living on Vancouver Island, this was the best win of the season by far.
A better team would have found a way to shut out Vancouver twice.Wondering what the negative spin on this is though... There has to be something to bitch and moan about on this site. Where are all the Eskins? Past their bedtime I guess.
My bad i didn’t realize the sarcasmWinning on the road against the 2nd best team in the NHL is hard. Gotta give Torts and co props for this win

Flyers didn't lose a game in Vancouver from 1990 until December 2010. Didn't play here every year, but it was a good run. That's wild, I wouldn't have guessed it would be so lopsided. Especially with it being all west coast road games.
San Jose has turned into the house of horrors. Actually, the Flyers played much better at Los Angeles and Vancouver than when the Golden Seals had a franchise, it wasn't always a layup considering the ineptitude of that franchise. That's wild, I wouldn't have guessed it would be so lopsided. Especially with it being all west coast road games.
Chi gunna get Celli this year and we gunna win our way to some useless plug in the 12-20 OA range..you know..you are right..lets enjoy it..but you better not bitch one bit when they make the layoffs..get bounced early..then decide..hey we are only one overpriced FA away and bleed assets to improve marginally and are a bubble team again for years

They have done a lot of west coast road trips during the holiday period, yeah.It seems like their games in Vancouver are always between Christmas and NYE too, at least the years I've taken note of.
As a kid growing up in BC, I always looked forward to the Flyers playing in Vancouver on NYE. They almost always won that game and often was a blowout. This year was especially fun:It seems like their games in Vancouver are always between Christmas and NYE too, at least the years I've taken note of.
