DECEMBER SCHEDULE:

QUOTES TO NOTE:

Me personally, I want to be part of it and try to help get wins.
It hasn’t bounced my way the last week or so, but I feel like I’m doing a lot of good things. Try to control what I can control.
- Henrik Lundqvist

Anytime you're able to get some points in the NHL, that's always a good thing.
But we want to make the playoffs here, and every point we drop just makes it harder for ourselves.
- Brendan Lemieux

It's disappointing, because we had an opportunity to end this on a really positive note.
We ended it on a disappointing note.
- David Quinn

“Erat backwards spells ‘tare’ [sic].”
- Edzo after Martin Erat eluded Kronwall behind the net by passing the puck to himself off the back of the goal.

Anyway, Dunham with the shutout (for which team?), Hartnell and Upshall with dirty plays, Erat with a hatty and Zidlicky with a PPG.

hopefully Kreiders time on the last line woke him up

Yeah the false "coach ruins player X" narrative is not socially applicable for veterans who will approach/hit 500 games by the end of this season.

You can't accuse the southie of the "Boston buddies" excuse because Kreider is from Mass and played for BC. He used to speak some Russian to Buch before Buch became an American, so you could use the Russian bias, but I still think it's a stretch.

My vote is for trade his ass to a sucker at the deadline.

In grand fashion, Kreider wont wake up until AFTER he is traded. Pretty sure it will be then, that we all will see the Kreider we always wanted here. Just our luck, right?
I dont know why, but something still keeps telling me the Flames, and I have absolutely NOTHING to back that hunch up, nor do I even think there is a need from the Flames.
Last place anyone wants him to go......Boston and anywhere in the East.

Good time to be playing Nashville. Not playing so hot. Their defense has gone to hell since losing Subban. :sarcasm:
Rinne underwhelming and a really bad save pctg. even though he does have 3 shutouts. Kind of leads you to believe that getting 4 or 5 is possible, that is.....if we DON'T get shutout for the 1st time this season.

We already got the Devils to can Hynes, let's try and get Laviolette fired from Nashville.

Assuming the Phantom's PbP guy has some connects to those that know him, it was mentioned on the broadcast that he is on the hot seat and could get fired soon. Others have said the same, but let's put another nail in that coffin and bounce back from that blown lead last game.

Let’s try and keep the SOG against to under 35. I wonder who gets the start, would think Georgiev?

Expect big time games from Martin Erat, Mike Dunham, and JP Dumont.

Ever. I ain't paying those regular season ticket prices for a Rangers game. Been to a bunch of regular season AHL games, but I know this will be like...a million times better.

Only reason I'm going tonight is because a friend got them for free and is bringing me along with him lol.

You'll still be more knowledgeable about the Rangers than those surrounding you. Bet you'll hear:

"Why did play stop?"
"Offsides."
"What's that?"
"It's when the puck enters the zone before a player on offense does."
"Do they get a power play then?"

That's why I'm just going to sit there with my food from Chester's Spot (TM) and be happy.

Would be nice to see someone like Buch, Kakko, Kreider or even a Chytil score a goal or two to help Mika/Panarin from having to do it every night.

The dearth of secondary, tertiary, and quaternary scoring is mesmerizing.
