Weeks later he finally commented on Jeff Marek being fired - only to say he wasn't going to say anything until/unless Marek did first.
At the end of the day he works for Rogers and isn't going to say anything that might put the company in a bad light. I'm not saying that Rogers buying the rest of MLSE is necessarily bad news, but I don't think Friedman has any meaningful contribution to give beyond just repeating what we already know.
