He fakes a shot and beats me wide and I’m trying to swing around and get his stick and I get it too high.
It’s a play I can’t make. It costs us a point at the end of the day and that’s on me.
- Ryan Callahan

It’s nice to get to overtime and get a point but, at the end of the day, we gave up a two-nothing lead. It’s bittersweet.
- Chris Kreider

We had two great chances on that first PP in the 3rd were we could've put the game outta reach and then all we gave up were two individual mistakes which led to 2 goals that ended up in our net.
- Alain Vigneault

Why is it that we only play when I'm working? Let's get a win here, hopefully go on a streak. Entirely possible until the game with Pitt.

For some reason hank has had his worst games against the devisl this year which is amazing since the devils have no offense

I'd consider Talbot after another terrible game by Hank, but this is the Caps. Gotta let him work through it.

At this point, I'm willing to give Hank most of the starts, even in back to backs, just to get his game going. I'd worry about the rest later on once we have established some consistent good play.

Think I saw a tweet last night that confirmed Hank was in tonight. I like it.

Hoping to get word on Staal soon.

In all reality, an 0-2 start on this homestand, well 0-1-1, might be exactly the wake up call this team needs.

With that said, obviously hoping for a win.

LGR.

Good. Don't give them any time to linger on the loss. Right back at it.

Shake it off. Win one decisively.

Anyone know what the lineup will look like? Pls let PooPoo be scratched again.

Also,

Yup, it's a joke. I feel bad for some of the West teams who will inevitably find themselves golfing while mediocre teams like the Rangers are playing circus hockey in the first round. The good news is we are Rangers fans and not fans of one of those West teams, so at least we'll see playoff hockey.

Ovi is hot hot hot, but McD is going to make him look silly. LGR

I dunno man. Jagr was skating around McD on his assist last night. If staal's out with a concussion we're ****ed.

I think it's fairly obvious he has another concussion.

Not good.

I already feel so nervous with Falk and Moore/DZ. now one of them is gonna have to move up with stralman. and we'll be nervous about both our 2nd and 3rd defensive pairings.
