It was pretty good day for all of us!

Gonna have to re-watch the game tonight.

All those tears over the major penalty trying to say Scuds turned his back deliberately to draw a call. So yummy.

Yup, that was a good one. Time sure does fly.

Even after the 6th goal, I was still thinking how if the Devils scored like every 30 seconds or whatever, they could still tie it up.

What is forgotten is that before the penalty the Kings were in absolute command of the game for the first ten minutes of the first period.

We would have won the game, penalty or no.

Oh for sure. It was just funny hearing the excuses. I did chuckle when one of the announcers commented that Bernier must have felt like the worst person ever hearing the horn going off over and over during the major.

Absolutely. They were so focused and you could tell there wasn't going to be a game 7. The New Jersey coach was fully melting down when the 5 min major was called.

Up by a handful of goals, at home, when the team you love is about to win the Stanley Cup.

I will never, ever, ever forget that moment. No pressure. No stress. Just 10 minutes of sheer joy surrounded by Kings fans in section 214. Definitely a once in a lifetime set of circumstances. Will never happen that way again.

Never say never.

We should start a poll. I was lucky enough to be at both Cup clinchers. Who else made it to the 2012 one, to the 2014 one, or both?

I'm already ensuring that I will be there for the one in 2016. :) (If it's at home.)

I was lucky enough to be there for both games (sec 116 row 2), I will always cherish those two moments in my life. Flying to New York for games 3&4 in last years final was pretty special as well.

Section 113 row 11. Both Games. Greatest moments of my life. Then my kids being born then marrying my 2nd wife. Special THANKS to my best buddy Mark for taking me to a game in 1987 and going to at least 300 games with me between then and now. I'll never forget those 2 days. :handclap:

It was a fitting way to win their first Cup considering the heartache and agony that so many long time fans had to endure for many decades.

Seeing the Kings have as many Cups as the Philadelphia Flyers and Colorado Avalanche is so gratifying, given that they were both considered to be elite teams during their respective generations.

I don't know how long we'll have to wait to see them lift another Cup, but the last three years have been amazing times for us Kings fans. I'm especially happy for Bob Miller and Jim Fox, two gentlemen who have outlasted many Kings owners, coaches, managers and players.
