GDT: #3 Ducks @ Sabres 12 PM

Was anyone else impressed by Tyler Myers? He played a solid game considering his teammates and playing against a contender. The only thing I didn't like was how aggressive he was getting at the end of the 2nd and kind of seemed to stop playing D entirely for a shift or two.

I wasn't impressed but I wasn't disappointed in his game either.

Lindholm with 23:51 TOI today. I always thought he would be a workhorse due to his Vo2 max results and his overall conditioning, but I didn't think he would be putting up these numbers in his second season, no less.

Most likely crappy, with a crappy night ahead of him (well, although he'll probably get some of the good stuff) and a crappy morning. Will probably be swollen a ton regardless of what it ends up being, and that might even delay an MRI, unless they're doing it right this night.

Everybody looked a lot better. They were supposed to. Buffalo is kind of an imaginary opponent. These are the games boudreau was salivating about when he got Kesler and Getzlaf.

true true. i think its the type of confidence booster we needed. glad we didn't come out slow too. didn't overlook this Sabres team on the schedule, especially with a tough Flyers game tomorrow.

He definitely had flashes of brilliance, I feel like he would look a lot better on a team where he isn't being relied upon in every situation... ie the Ducks
