In the oilers/Sens game oilers defenceman Mark Fayne scored a goal that was assisted by both Petry and Ference. Ference passed the puck to Petry got off and Fayne came on. Fayne then scored the goal. Something you don't see every day.

In the '08-'09 season, if I remember correctly, Brent Seabrook scored on a breakaway after exiting the penalty box. Keith and Campbell were on the ice for the PK and got the assists.

No, I think you are thinking of Brent Sutter's 'message' a few years ago while he was coach. He sent out 5 defencemen on the PP. They (of course) did not score.

Calgary also threw 5 dmen on the the ice one time to send a message to the team. This was when Sutter was the coach.

Hartley used Wideman, Brodie, and Giordano on the PP once but they did not score. Nor did they when Butters tried his 5 man unit.
