I don't think mentioning the coaches is all that spicy. There shouldn't really be a distinction between players and coaches, all of them are the team.

Perhaps fortunately, the issues right now are largely mental. Unfortunately, that's also the most uncertain. What may work for one player may not work for another.

I'd love to know when we last had a player hit -20, because I can't imagine that has happened in recent years.

Edit: had to check it myself. The last time it happened over a full season was Nate Thompson and Brett Clark in 2011-12, but I don't know if anyone has hit -20 within a season but then recovered from it.
