True, but @Thirty One is also broke and living in his parents basement.dude @SA16 gives @Thirty One a run for his money every now and then.
this is the hard hitting drama i come here for@Thirty One is actually funny.
he was our best center tonightChytl has been weighing on me after this game. I think we're taking what could be a pretty good wing and wishing he turns into a center. i dont know that its happening. He gets in fast on the forecheck, decent shot, but i dont see a two way game at all.
We have real center issues...no shock there.

he needs more ice time at center, the exact opposite lolChytil is actually pretty good defensively. Outside of his pathetic usage which isn’t on him at all, I’ve really liked what I’ve seen from him this season on both sides of the puck.
He also had a monster performance tonight so this is a pretty strange time to make that assessment.
Ironically, I actually think AV would be a good coach for this roster as currently constructed if the best players play. His coaching philosophy works well with highly skilled players and mobile puck movers on the back end.Is it me or do our players have slow first and second steps? Even Panarin, and who I also notice likes to curl back before going up ice. AV's teams played pond hockey but at least they played it fast and had a transition game. Now they play pond hockey but are slow doing it, and that's not a good combo.
If we're talking about the '21 draft.
Beniers all day and twice on Sundays.
That kid skates like the wind
They play slow too. A lot of times there’s a chance for a quick transition or an outlet pass to stretch the opposition while they’re disorganized in the NZ but our players will double back to the D or curl back in hold it or look E->W when they should be looking N->S.Is it me or do our players have slow first and second steps? I'm not happy with deployment of the young players and I'm worried about Mika but is anyone finding it hard to be outraged over losing the third game of the season by a goal outshooting the opposing team 50-28? File it under one of those losses.
The refs were putrid. Obviously happy we benefited but if I were a Devils fan I’d be pretty upset.Anyone notice the Rangers were offside on that Chytil goal? Lucky the Devils didn’t challenge that one.
Anyway, best Ranger tonight by far was Fox. Every one else seemed tentative and slightly off their game. Play the kids more, let them learn as they play. And please take Strome off that 1st PP and demote him to the 3rd or 4th line.
Totally agree on Kakko. He needs to define his game a bit. I still see flashes but he seems a bit rudderless.Man, Fox is going to rake up points when some of these guys get going. I think he's going to be a top 10-15 defender in the league pretty soon
Thought K'Andre had a pretty solid game. Seems like his struggles in that first game where indeed just nerves
This is the worst I've seen Strome play since we traded for him. Last season he wasn't really helping nor hurting his line but so far he's been abysmal.
I think Kakko could use 20 or so games in the AHL. Let him beat up on some lower level competition and gain his confidence back. He's not going to progress playing 10 minutes a night here.
Game was decided primarily by goaltending. Giving up early goals and then allowing softies thereafter is a surefire recipe for an ugly L
Yeah. Agreed. I think a coach can delay a players development but most players eventually reach their level. Broadly speaking.I have never bought into the theory that a coach can ruin a kid's career and there is certainly no way to prove it.
Lias just wasn't good enough.

LA has just as many points as Kakko and Lafreniere combined in 1/3 as many games. Good stuff.
Not according to google search of nhl scores says Lias got the assist. But guess they could have made mistake between similar last names??? Turned the game off for the movie Old School so haven't watched the third period. lolLA as in Lias?
Because Mikey Anderson has the assist for LA tonight, not Lias lol.
