How many times have you seen Patrick Kane or Johnny Gaudreau laid out? And if you do its usually a big one and noteworthy

Ive literally counted 4 times where a Rangers player has had an opportunity to finish the play with a hit on Hughes specifically and they have turned away instead. Square up and if he moves the puck and it’s within the time period to make the hit do it. Finish the play. This curling bullshit drives me bananas

Lemieux being out there over Howden is fine. Strome should be centering PP2. Only reason Quinn will use the Howden excuse is because Strome is the 2C on PP1, so they wouldn’t have another C to put out there.

That period was a terrible one for Strome. Should be glaringly obvious to anyone on the team. It'd be a slap to the face for the players getting benched and held back if Strome just stays in the top 6 on the PP.

Torts was worse but yeah it isnt ideal. The “Hughes is better than Kakko” crowd doesn’t understand that Kakko doesn’t get to play enough with better line mates
