Rangers had nothing in that first period. Nemeth f***ing sucks and Nemeth + Hajek should never be allowed to be on the ice at the same time. Horrible. Need someone to step up and create some damn offense or this'll be our 2nd time being shutout in the last 4 and our 3rd loss in the last 4. Obviously 3 of the 4 against good teams and 2 of the 4 against the same very good team, but you need to be able to beat good teams if you're gonna compete, and we haven't.

Glad I didn't spend extra money for a one month ESPN+ subscription just to watch this game (The NHL page on Hulu wasn't working at all).

Shesty's ability to move the puck quickly and perfectly is so big to keep up with the tempo of good teams. Losing that is huge nevermind his ability to stop pucks.

People can talk saves and his talent at stopping pucks - but his puck control and ability to quickly turn the game up ice is a huge part of our game. Avs thriving on sending it in and then taking candy from whatever baby is in there fumbling with the wrapper.
