Trouba is there for the shot. Guessing Miller for his reach / keep the puck in the zone during attempted clears or to lead the rush once the puck is cleared. Can’t imagine anything else ...

I caved and watched that period.

I don’t regret it either. Rangers played great. Aside from the powerplays I would say it’s one of our best outings yet.

However, if I’m Boston I’m pretty darn happy I only came out of that period down by one.

Bruins are going to come out strong next period. I don’t expect the Rangers to be prepared for it either, even though it’s clear as day going to happen.

It's all the knock-on effect of having Strome stapled to PP1. Let Strome ride the pine for 2 minutes, have Buch on PP1 and get Chytil on PP2. Solved.
