Bring in a new coach from the outside that changes it upTell me how.
I am not incorrect, sorry to burst your bubble.Incorrect with #27 out they now have the money
Problem is new York is not sending him here or anywhere without getting a top 6 back
Actually, as you pointed out for us, it's the 2,793,833 million dollar question!Remaining cap hit: 4,671,875
Bruins cap space: 763,980
Need to move: 3,907,885
Oesterle/McLaughlin to Prov: 557,031 each
Need to find an additional 2,793,833.
As of 5pm yesterday.
They could make the money work, but do they have the assets to aquire Kreider?
That's the million dollar question.
What would the strategy be not to put him on LTIR? I thought they could bank it and go over the cap by how much time he's out.Hows that?

Lindholm is not on LTIR.
And LTIR is not free money.
Coyle is someone they should look to move either way, if you can include in a deal with NYR great, if not trade him for picks or whatever.KPD in today’s Globe:
“Take this to the bank: If rumors lead to reality and the beleaguered Rangers put Chris Kreider up for trade, he would sign off on a deal that would send him home to the Bruins. Among the roadblocks: the $6.5 million cap hit on Kreider’s deal that still has 2¾ seasons to go. To make room for him, the Bruins would need to move out roughly $5.5 million in cap money, be it in roster bodies sent to New York or elsewhere …”
If Coyle disappeared right now would anyone notice?Coyle is someone they should look to move either way, if you can include in a deal with NYR great, if not trade him for picks or whatever.
He has picked up his play under Sacco, I will give him that, but if we can trade him and get better player for his spot somehow that would be huge.If Coyle disappeared right now would anyone notice?
He's got 4 shots on goal in the 5 games since Sacco took over. Always shown flashes of being a horse but too often plays like a cow. Needs to be better for this club.He has picked up his play under Sacco, I will give him that, but if we can trade him and get better player for his spot somehow that would be huge.
That line was the best line of that period. Great to seeAs the biggest Kastelic homer here, I think he's a lehit top 9 forward. How does that change the roster going forward? Well, it means all of our forward toughness isn't on the 4th line, for one.
Frederic- Coyle -Kastelic
Is the biggest 3rd line in the league and MK can hopefully drag Freddy into the fight.
Kastelic is our best faceoff guy, so more draws would be good too.
Love it. I hate when folks pigeon hole guys as "no more than..." before he gets a chance to show if he actually can be more than.As the biggest Kastelic homer here, I think he's a lehit top 9 forward.
