Talk about an already elite generational playmaker going back to the drawing board after the disappointing playoffs performance last season, worked on his shot, at hitting more, he's the total package right now. Can kill penalties like a pro, can score short-handed, can score at even strength, on the powerplay, can pass to virtually anyone with utter ease and perfection. I see a player that is tired of being just great at playmaking and being a regular season producer, I see someone who wants more. He's showing that BIG time.

Samsonsov also had 47 points. But scored more goals 22
