Canada played undisciplined and took dumb penalties and it cost them. Some will likely try and blame the refs some but Canada played stupid and most of these calls were legit penalties.

This is partly a result of wealthy parents buying spots for their kids on teams. The talent pool is running real thin.

People can complain about the 8 penalties against Canada all they want, they were f***ing penalties and most of them of the dumbass variety starting with Rehkopf's interference on the goalie's stick & ending with Pinelli's elbow.

I don't trust TSN too, they never hold Hockey Canada to account for questionable management and coaching decisions and have a conflict of interest being their Broadcasting partner.

Considering this has happened all tournament, it's safe to say it's a Team Canada problem and not the refs. It's on the players to adjust and they simply aren't.
