A lot of perimeter play by Canada. All tourney. If you’re going to shoot the low percentage shot drive the net. It’s hard to watch.

Leonard just took a dumb penalty to end that period either roughing or unsportsmanlike.
Canada begins the 3rd on PP.
Overall they played a much better game in the 2nd. Skated hard & went to the net. Can't seem to score like at all. Every chance seems to be either wide, or hits someone in front, or it's a muffin shot. Augustine has made maybe 4 good saves.
Shots are 26-18 Canada, but George has had a lot of traffic in front of him & has made some tough, tough saves.

Great tempo to this game. But Canada cannot score. They didn’t select enough skill for this tourney and they took several dumb Pims that period which killed any momentum
They’re also facing very hot goaltending all tournament. Which makes sense as one of the favourites

Canada left way too much talent at home and it shows
They dont seem to have that one guy to lead
a guy like Yager has been a huge disappointment and refusal to change much has hurt too
