I don't know how this would work. Like if he can be recalled or if a club buys him in the winter, but gets him when the summer window opens.

Haven't really looked to this in depth, and we have to wait until FIFA changes its' transfer regulations, but it will mean changes to international transfer clearance system and the amount of compensation clubs will have to pay.

The court only had jurisdiction within the EU, but FIFA will probably change rules in all countries.

This was reported when the loan was initially made, everyone fully understood that it was likely going to just be a 6 month loan.
