Nice team, but lot of players from North America. There is possibility, many of them will be in playoffs.Misiak - Chovan - Svrcek
Nemec - Chrenko - Bercik
Tomik - Straka - Kazda
Murin - Kalis - Dubravik
Zubak - Radivojevic
Lisy - Goljer
Capos - Rusznyak
Henriquez
Pradel
Hrenak
Strong top 9 but defense is question mark
5/6 players its not a lot. Kazda is not going anyway, there are better options from Europe.Nice team, but lot of players from North America. There is possibility, many of them will be in playoffs.
I would say a quite good team on paper, but the results of this birth year have been rather disappointing so far. I feel like they could definitely challenge Finland this year anyway.I like your lineup. Fun team
It's his son. The surname is Balkan, father of Branko is from Serbia.Radivojevic… pardon my ignorance, but is that a common Slovakian name, and whether or not, any relation to former NHL player Branko?
Just put Kudla in net and everything will be fine.6-5 win over Latvia in the first warm up game. Hrenak saved only 13 of 18 shots on, not great if we will be missing Pradel and Henriquez.
Chrenko 2+2. Nemec 2+1. Kazda 0+4.
I don't want to claim to be a great expert on this Slovak team, but this seems like a bit of a bold statement to me.GREAT NEWS, Radivojevic, Misiak, Svrcek, Pradel and Chovan will all be representing which means this team will be (almost) at full strength.
This team has no weakness (for slovak standards) and anything less than semifinals will be a disappointment.
Many people (mainly slovaks themself) belive that the 2007 class is overrated, i hope they will be proven wrong.
Namejs say Latvia will take medal. Will be a tough bronze game between Latvia and Slovakia.GREAT NEWS, Radivojevic, Misiak, Svrcek, Pradel and Chovan will all be representing which means this team will be (almost) at full strength.

I mean this roster is much stronger than last year's and last year they made it to semifinals after beating Czechia.I don't want to claim to be a great expert on this Slovak team, but this seems like a bit of a bold statement to me.
I'm not saying it can't happen, but honestly, there are teams here that are probably better on paper or at least on your level. I would write about disappointment with the team that is the favorite..I mean this roster is much stronger than last year's and last year they made it to semifinals after beating Czechia.
8 players were underagers on that team and will be playing again.
So is it really that bold of a statement? Not sure.
I don't personally think we will do that good in the tournament. Don't like the final goalie nomination.
AND this is Latvias year anyway so whatever.
yea i understand your point of view, but when you have an above avarge generation and norway and latvia in your group you want more than just quarterfinals.I'm not saying it can't happen, but honestly, there are teams here that are probably better on paper or at least on your level. We have the strongest team in recent years, although it is not certain who will be available. I wouldn't recall last year too much, the players were supposed to go out drinking in the evenings, etc.
I understand, but if you don't finish first in your group, you'll probably come up against one of the three: Sweden, USA, Czech Republic. And in neither case will you be the favorites (unless something changes during the tournament)..yea i understand your point of view, but when you have an above avarge generation and norway and latvia in your group you want more than just quarterfinals.
