Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. No surprise at the bottom 4, being Jets, Panthers, Cardinals and now Patriots. Kraft has let the team slide since Brady left.
Most issues for the players regarding owners are either commitment to win or paying the money to upgrade the areas of their team on that report, like facilities, staff, and how their families are treated.
The teams that got under a B are Pitt, TB, KC, Cincy, LAR, SEA, Cle, NYG.
I think those clubs in the bottom 5-12 each has a couple of other issues that drop their owner's grades. KC, needs to upgrade their facilities and stuff. SEA has good facilities, so something else with them. Cincy, have always been cheap.

Any list that puts Bengals ownership above Chiefs ownership isn't worth the toilet paper I just used to clean my ass.
As expected. Ross is a dumbass when it comes to personnel decisions but there is zero doubt how much he cares and wants to win. A lot of the investment that's gone into the organization is to build a place where players won't shut up about how great it is on top of playing in a super desirable city.
Can't say he hasn't achieved that...would be nice if it you know, actually translated to something other than 8-10 win seasons, but still better off compared to some orgs like Arizona lmao.
My understanding is that Jody Allen is sort of a custodial "owner" until a permanent one is chosen, so the Hawks have a pretty strange situation there. I don't know how well she even knows football TBH.
Player dissatisfaction likely comes from that.

I figured since she let Pete go and hired MacDonald she was going to now be in it for the long haul. Come May she is able to sell the team without any of the proceeds going to the city. If she was planning on selling the team soon it kind of made more sense to keep Pete for his final season and allow a new owner to make that hire.
But, I guess the question is how much money does she have at her disposal to use on the team moving forward?
The players have had the chiefs ownership near the bottom since this report card was implemented by the PA. They are not seeing the investment back into the team that they expected or were promised.

Totally makes sense. The tag isn't that much different than a contract should be for a top G.
If he had made it to FA, I wanted the Steelers to throw a boatload at him.
He's a 6th rounder, so, he would want to get the big guaranteed money (guessing low $30's mill) vs the 1 year deal at what like $16/17 mill or something for an OG on the tag? The IOL was the KC OL strength, but had to blow it up when the OT disappointed.

He was a 6th rounder because of health concerns prior to the draft. If he didn't have those concerns he would have been a 1st or 2nd round pick.
Top G money is at $21mil a year. The tag is for $23mil.
Just saying 6th rounder which puts his earnings much lower to date than someone drafted in round 1. More reason for him to want something with more guaranteed money. At this position, and ability, that's typically going to be roughly 2 years Average value of the contract as guaranteed money.
They still need to work on lowering thuney's cap number. It's a high $20's cap charge for next season with like something in the upper teens in real money due. Expect them to just make it a bonus rather than a base salary.
