Man 3 of the last 4 picks were the top of my list haha. Romano is a favourite of mine this draft, hope the Oilers trade up for him somehow.

My list got decimated since my trade back. Great picks. Rombach and Limatov especially painful
Was desperate to get amico or limatov :( my poor draft list is getting brutalized
I did a triple take on the board just to make sure Limatov was not taken already. Let’s just say, I wasn’t prepared to see him available at the time of picking 😂

:bruins stay in the SHL and select from Orebro HK, RHD Theo Hallquisth

One of the younger defensemen eligible for the draft, he's one of 9 defensemen in the past 5 seasons to play a dozen games in the SHL as a 17 year old. He shot up the rankings to end the season, landing 10th on Central Scouting's International list.

With the 73rd overall pick the Pittsburgh Penguins select G - Michal Pradel

8843976_1200x.jpg

  • Team: Tri-City Storm (USHL)
  • Height/Weight: 6'4", 195 lbs
  • Catches: Left
  • Playing Style: Pradel is a technically sound, modern-style goaltender with a strong foundation in positioning and tracking. His ability to stay square to shooters and absorb shots makes him a reliable presence in net.
  • Strengths: He has excellent puck tracking, allowing him to react quickly to high-danger chances. His size and controlled movements help him take away shooting angles without overcommitting.
  • Athletic Ability: Pradel has quick lateral movement and strong t-pushes, making him effective against cross-crease plays. His ability to stay composed under pressure is a standout trait.
  • Areas for Improvement: Needs to refine his rebound control, as he occasionally struggles with second-chance opportunities. His glove hand positioning could also improve to limit high-glove goals.
2025 Draft Picks
1 (11) - Kashawn Aitcheson. (D)
1 (12) - Cole Reschny. (C)
2 (59) - Conrad Fordrk (C)
3 (73) - Michal Pradel (G)
