I just looked up that draft.

The Patriots had two picks in the 3rd round that year. At #83, they took Derek Rivers, and they took Antonio Garcia at #85.

Tampa Bay selected Chris Godwin at pick #84.

When I was working in Texas during the Recession, some of the people who were most helpful and looked out for me the most were the travelers from Detroit. I’m still friends with many of them 15 years later. I want the lions to win in the worst way for them.

I dunno.

I think there are certain umpires in MLB that aren't very good (*cough* Angel Hernandez *cough*) and some NBA officials aren't very good, but the NFL seems especially plagued with bad/inconsistent referees.
