Good list indeed.
Only ones I don’t think are actually top 20 are Gojsic, Nilsson and Chistyakov
Gojsic is very meh and was a reach, just because he had a good camp doesn’t mean he’s suddenly a stud. Just my opinion.

Nilsson has been absolutely awful in the shl, may make the team as a fourth liner/13 forward one day but we have better in the system than him. Also my opinion.

Chistyakov is solid but he’s pushing 25 years of age now and seems to be a khl lifer so I don’t even consider him anymore.


I would replace those 3 (in different order) with Matier, Gustafsson and Muzzatti. Mackinnon would round out a top 21 as he’s very good defensively but awful offensively.

Gojsic stood out as a big kid (just turned 18) with a big shot that played with good energy. I don’t care what his numbers were in the games he stood out because of his size and abilities.
