I really don't think Levshunov or Lindstrom make it past 3 OA. I don't know the order but I think that's the top 3.
Not sure who will go 4 or 5.

Big fan of this player
This is why I left Levshunov off our five player profiles for Defense:I really don't think Levshunov or Lindstrom make it past 3 OA. I don't know the order but I think that's the top 3.

If the draft goes somewhat according to plan, my preferences are:Watched Iginla, Catton and Luvshunov.
All good players. Don't think I want any of them at 6 though.
Luvshunov is the most promising of the 3. Good player. Strong two way game with size.
Don't want any of them at 6, but if we do end up with one it id personally prefer Levshunov. Only one I think I'd use a top 10 on.
I have to stick up for Helenius a bit. Bob’s lottery poll has Helenius at 9th. And with only 1 top 5 vote. That means that 9/10 scouts had him outside the top 5 but he still landed at 9th. I have to think that means very few had him outside the top 10, also.Dark Horse Picks for Utah in The Top 10
Konsta Helenius - They had dinner, right?
Stian Solberg - I could see this
Michael Hage - I could see this
EJ Emery - Ehhhh, seems like a stretch b/c zero goals. That horizontal jump though!
Dean Letourneau - This would be wild. The biggest reach since Blake Wheeler. Would the Mormons riot?
yes to both those. i think Solberg plays a style that this organization loves. If the draft goes somewhat according to plan, my preferences are:
1 - Dickenson
2 - Lidstrom
3 - Buium
4 - Yakemchuk
After last year I fully expect the pick to be a surprise. Could GM pick Solberg or Sennecke at 6?
Doubt he drops to 6
Wonder if he goes 2nd now?
Ew brother ew.We could trade for a roster player too.
Maybe trading down to 9 with calgary so they can get ignla. Maybe we really like sennecke or catton?
I thinks it's bs.
That would be vomitous and I don't imagine it to be in the realm of possibilities.I am all for moving the pick but hopefully not 6 for Laine

If I was Utah I would jump all over that! Rasmus is that good he would become captain almost immediately. Crouse+Soderstrom for Andersson would make more senseHow about 6 overall + Crouse + Soderstrom for 9 overall and Andersson?
Utah has cap space currently however, Huberdeau is signed through 29-30 which would get in the time frame of needing to give real contracts to the kids so that cap space will get sucked up fast.Ok hear me out…I wanna know if there is any value in this. We have a ton of cap space right? CGY is ostensibly going full rebuild….what if we did a Crouse for Huberdeau swap? There’s tremendous value there for CGY getting a good player and saving money. We get a veteran leader for a young team and a player that I think can be revitalized under Tourigny in a new system that fits his strengths better.
Then, as a part of the same deal we get Andersson for just a pick swap of 6 for 28 + Soderstrom because of the value CGY is getting in the Crouse for Huberdeau swap. Flame away haha.
