Chalk up another turf injury. When the season ends have to review all of the IR guys to see who got hurt on turf or grass. I know a player or two got hurt in practice which until it gets cold teams practice outside on their grass practice fields.

This might be it for his career. So terrible. He was on his way to generational wealth with his next contract but instead might be cut before the final season of his rookie deal.

Overshown is a guy the team and media all loves. He was also at times the second best defender the Cowboys have.

That monster 2nd contract isn't coming his way. 4th year of a rookie deal is a pretty minimal amount, so don't expect Dal to cut him. Will need a healthy season before he gets any real money, if he does.

KC plays on Saturday and then on Christmas. If I were them, I take no chances.

The have an extra game lead over Buffalo given the Bills loss to the Rams. That gives them an extra buffer. Bills have a monster game vs Detroit today. Early 14-7 lead for them.

Not exactly easy opponents coming up with Houston at home, road to Pitt and road to Denver to close out the season. But, their backup is no ordinary backup. It's Carson Wentz who has a tonne of starting experience. Very curious to see what he's learned under Reid as he was solid in his game last season in week 18 for the Rams under McVay.

If they need to sit Pat the next 2 games, you are asking Wentz to split Hou and Pitt and allow Pat to win the Den game to secure the bye week.
